With these at home workouts you can pick the program that’s best for you
Whether you have no equipment, minimal equipment, or a full gym in your basement, I will design a program that challenges you, gets you results, and keeps you healthy in the coming months.
Once you select a workout program, you will be sent an email questionnaire so I can find out all about you. That’s where I’ll find out if your beginner, intermediate or advanced.
I’ll ask you about any injuries so I can delete the ones that aren’t appropriate for you. I’ll find out what equipment you have at home so I utilize what you’ve got!
Then you’ll be sent your complete 6 week program that you can access on a mobile app complete with videos or print out from your laptop!**
